General Overview:

We are seeking a Builder Sales Account Executive for our SouthEast territory. This position is remote but needs to be located in either MSA’s (Orlando or Tampa.). This individual is responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of established accounts, leading the ongoing outreach of sales agents, electricians, distributors and responsible for closing new builder accounts in their specific territory.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop, grow and nurture a specified funnel of builder accounts.
  • Engage with our customers and own key executive relationships
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and objectives
  • Grow “Pre-close” Revenue Origination on Existing accounts
  • Expand Sales agent network within the assigned territory
  • Deliver ongoing sales training
  • Product Introduction (NPI Management)
  • Research, Identify and prospect new revenue opportunities with new builder’s accounts
  • Sales forecast management for assigned territory
  • Maintain Local Distribution & Electricians relationship
  • Promote Sales Incentives through builder sponsored events
  • Some travel is required

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Builder industry experience ( preferred )
  • Familiar with Google Business Suite, Slack, CRM HubSpot

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience selling into builder accounts
  • 5+ years of experience and solid knowledge working in Service / Product Sales
