Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key strategic finance leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence across the organization. This position will develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. The role reports directly to the CFO and serves as a strategic partner to business units while leveraging advanced analytics and AI technologies to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across all business units.
  2. Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, new opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  3. Create and automate comprehensive financial reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership.
  4. Partner with business leaders to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  5. Lead the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to enhance financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
  6. Design and maintain KPI frameworks to monitor business performance and drive data-informed decision-making.
  7. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate potential business impacts and opportunities.
  8. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy and alignment between actual results and forecasts.
  9. Present financial analysis and recommendations to the executive leadership team and key stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and develop financial literacy through the company, promoting analytical thinking and technical skill development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with advanced financial modeling tools, BI platforms, and data visualization software.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in FP&A or strategic finance roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting methodologies, and business analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience with implementing or utilizing AI/ML solutions in financial analysis.
  • Excellence in presenting complex financial information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple high-priority projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving data-driven decision making.
